Plug-In This policy describes how Plug-In with AI ("we", "us") handles information when you use the app.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares with us.
- Learning data: which modules you complete and your quiz scores.
- Assistant configuration: the name, instructions, tone settings, fallback rules, and the file names or URLs you add as knowledge sources.
- Prompts you send: text you submit to the Prompting Sandbox or when testing your assistant, which is forwarded to an AI model provider to generate a reply.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, save your progress, and generate AI responses.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Your data is stored in our hosted database and authentication provider. AI responses are generated by third-party model providers that receive only the text needed to answer your request. Prompts are not used by us to train models.
Your rights
You can export a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated records at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have additional rights to access, correct, or restrict processing of your data; contact us to exercise them.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your profile, learning progress, assistant configuration, and knowledge sources.
